Safety is our highest priority and DELTA boasts an outstanding safety record, well above industry average, due to our comprehensive and integrated safety programs. Our superintendents are proactive and prevent incidents from occurring. Aggressive safety management techniques such as improved hazard recognition, hazard correction, and regular training help reduce occupational injuries and illnesses. We promote our practices as a corporate-wide process and our employees are provided with personal protective equipment and have access to training on the latest OSHA requirements.
